Fresh, beautiful, juicy, and fragrant—our new salad dives head first into the flavor pool of summer. We meld the subtle sweetness of watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe with the herbaceous, aromatic delight of basil, mint, and cilantro; finshed with cotija cheese and tajin, a red pepper spice blend. Pairing gracefully with few different drinks, we've found it best enjoyed with a bracing glass of rosé or gewürztraminer.
